How To Return An Item

We are happy to accept returns for most items provided they are returned to us within 30 days.

Please either print and complete the attached returns form below and include within the parcel, or complete the form digitally and email to [e-mail].

All products being returned must be listed clearly, including all required details such as the order number, reasons for return, product SKU/size/colour etc. If the return form is missing any of the relevant information, we reserve the right to refuse your return and the items shall be sent back to you, at your cost.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the Goods unless the items are faulty, incorrectly delivered or substitutions. We recommend you use registered or recorded delivery.
