Sometimes returning goods do not have the completed information/form that we require, to enable us to process the return.
If you have returned items over 14 working days ago and not received a refund/exchange, as per your instructions, it may be included in our unidentified returns, please contact us customer.services@scouts.org.uk
Please provide us with the following information:
- Attach the proof of postage that's requested when returning goods
- Details of the items that were returned to us
- Information on what packaging you returned your item in.
This will eliminate any delays in investigating your enquiry.
