If you are missing items in your order, firstly please check your delivery note and ensure these items are not marked as 'To Follow'. If they are, these items will be despatched separately.
If your delivery note does not mark the items as 'To Follow', or you have received incorrect items, please contact customer services using customer.services@scoutshops.com or via our live chat service within 3 days of receiving the goods.
Customer service will resolve the issue for you as promptly as possible.
