Our Returns team work hard to try and turn things around within a week from us receiving the goods, however, during peak times this can take up to the 14 working days; you will receive a notification email once the Refund / Exchange has been processed.
You can Track your parcel via https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/ , you'll need to enter the tracking number, which can be found on the label that was emailed to you.
If you have returned items over 14 working days ago and not received a refund/exchange, as per your instructions, please send in a copy of returns postage receipt to customer.services@scouts.org.uk or your royal mail tracking number.
As soon as our team have verified this, we will be able to investigate your return further.
