Our Returns team work hard to try and turn things around within a week from us receiving the goods, however, during peak times this can take up to the 14 working days; you will receive a notification email once the Refund / Exchange has been processed.
You can Track your parcel via https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/ , you'll need to enter the tracking number, which can be found on the label that was emailed to you.
If you require replacement goods more urgently, then we suggest that you place a new order for the items you require and send back the unsuitable items for a refund. If you are returning an order in it's entirety within 14 days of receipt, we will also refund the standard cost of delivery. This does not apply to free delivery orders.
If you have returned items over 14 working days ago and not received a refund/exchange, as per your instructions, please contact us customer.services@scouts.org.uk. You may be asked for a copy of returns postage receipt or your Royal Mail tracking number.
As soon as our team have verified this, we will be able to investigate further.
