Sometimes returning goods do not have the completed information/form that we require, to enable us to process the return.
If you are still waiting for an exchange/refund on the item(s) you have returned, it may be included in our unidentified returns.
Please contact us at customer.services@scoutshops.com and provide us with the following information:
- Attach the proof of postage that's requested when returning goods
- Details of the items that were returned to us
- Information on what packaging you returned your item in.
This will eliminate any delays in investigating your enquiry.
