Tracking a UK Delivery

UK parcels are courier delivered by DHL Parcel UK. Most standard parcel deliveries are made within 5-10 days.

Please be advised that tracking information will be available from approximately 6pm on the evening of despatch, after you have received your despatch email.

Your Order number is the customer reference on DHL's tracking, including the letters 'WHL' or 'SO' in front of the number (please add 'WHL' or 'SO' in front of the number without a space between).

If the tracking does not exist, it is likely your order has been despatched via Royal mail due to the size of the order. Please allow 5 working days for this to arrive.
