Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are usually unable to make any cancellations as orders are automatically processed through the system for despatch. However, on occasion we are able to action cancellation requests and so we would always ask you to try and reach us on live chat first before emailing us to see if we can fulfill any required changes.
If we are unable to cancel the order, upon delivery, if you still don’t require your order, please ensure you have communicated with us within 28 days before attempting to return any items.
