Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are usually unable to make any cancellations as orders are automatically processed through the system for despatch. However, on occasion we are able to action cancellation requests and so we would always ask you to try and reach us on live chat first before emailing us to see if we can fulfill any required changes.

Alternatively, if you wish to purchase any additional items, these will need to be placed on a new order.
